There were two alternatives to this project and this one is selected, but unfortunately we experimented on the other one. So when the other alternative comes you will notice! So count this as a spoiler which is going to be built. O maybe they are now building it, it is a kind of small hotel but who cares, its in the middle of almost nowhere, but in nature, so its something.
